A successful candidate will have the following:
FH seeks an experienced Talent & Culture (T&C) Coordinator responsible for the primary administration of International T&C services, including international payroll, pension, benefits, data and information accuracy, and professional service-oriented support for expatriate and international staff to ensure a positive and healthy employment relationship. The qualified T&C Coordinator will have 4 years of experience in HR. The top candidate will also have a Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or relevant field.

● Knowledge of Talent and Culture best practices, standards, and principles.
● Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
● Knowledge of processing international payroll and administration of international benefits.
● Excellent cross-cultural people skills, including the ability to relate to, build trust, and effectively communicate with people from different cultures and at various levels within the organization.
● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, systems, and documentation.
● Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures, frameworks, and practices to determine appropriate action.
What you’ll do…
As the T&C Coordinator, you will:
International Payroll and Pension Administration
● Responsible for monthly processing of FH International payroll.
● Responsible for monthly pension processing and benefit administration.
Expatriate and International Staff Benefits Administration
● Responsible for international health & life insurance and disability insurance benefits administration, including billing requests and invoice reconciliation.
● Responsible for benefit reimbursements and third-party payment administration.
● Responsible for ensuring contexts and varied legal employer benefit provisions are applied and administered appropriately per contracts and FH policy.
Employment Lifecycle Processes
● Responsible for creating and maintaining all expatriate and international staff payroll records.
● Ensure proper maintenance of non-US GSC employees, leave records in collaboration with the Regional Human Resource Managers, and prepare annual reports.
● Supports country office use of HRIS / leave tracking systems as a global administrator, troubleshooting and ensuring system updates and data integrity is maintained.
