Pact’s activities under this USAID Hay Tao contract will contribute to CCP’s three objectives:
Position Purpose
Pact seeks a Capacity Development Officer to support the Hay Tao project in Madagascar. The Capacity Development Officer will be responsible for progressively strengthening the capacity of designated civil society organizations (CSOs) and other local actors. The Capacity Development Officer will lead capacity development assessments, adapt Pact’s existing tools, and oversee the resulting organizational and technical support; including but not limited to the provision of technical assistance, mentoring and coaching, and peer learning. Successful applicants will support the quality of the design and delivery of the program’s capacity development activities and ensure compliance with all donor, consortium, Pact, and project-specific policies.
