JOB DESCRIPTION
As general coordinator you represent MdM, you ensure the consistency of programs and you ensure compliance with contractual framework interventions.
More in details you:
– Represent MdM with the national and international authorities present in Madagascar, the different authorities of the intervention zones, donors, UN bodies and other non-state actors
– Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and contractual commitments with the local authorities. different authorities and partners of the intervention zones
– Ensure the proper execution of the programs according to the established planning and the commitments made by the association with its partners and the beneficiaries of the actions
In terms of project planning, you coordinate in particular:
– The production and implementation of the tools needed to monitor programs
– The organization of program / monitoring reviews on the basis of the monitool and the logical framework of each program
– L needs assessment, organization of exploratory missions and intervention proposals
In terms of the management of program resources (human, financial and material) you:
– Are responsible for the good management of all teams of MdM and you support if necessary the coordinators in the management of their teams live

– Validate the training plan proposed by the administrative coordinator
