We are looking for a field operations manager to lead a crop insurance pilot in Banguinéda, Mali.
Lead field sales team: Manage a team of upto 10 field agents who are responsible for educating and distributing crop insurance to smallholder farmers.
Develop sales strategies: identify strategies to improve customer engagement, customer experience, and customer conversion rates.
Monitoring and evaluation: Design and execute field trials using different sales and payment techniques.
Lead Communication: Regularly track performance, perform field visits, and check-in with field staff to dynamically improve operations.
