The Government of Sierra Leone (GoSL) has received funds from World Bank through the Ministry of Health and Sanitation (REDISSE Project), and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund for eligible payment under the contract for consulting services Consultancy to establish quarantine surveillance stations (holding pens) for animals at border district.
The objective of the Assignment
The main objective of this activity is to assess the feasibility of establishing quarantine stations (holding pens) for animals at border districts. The stations will provide facilities for sick animals to be kept and treated to prevent the spread of diseases from animals entering the country from neighboring countries.
Brief Description and Tasks to be performed by Consultant
