Conflict & Crisis Education Specialist. The Mitchell Group (TMG), an international development consulting firm based in Washington, DC, is currently seeking applications from qualified Conflict & Crisis Education Specialist candidates to propose for a final evaluation of basic education access activity for USAID in Mali. Note, this opportunity is in the proposal stage and will be considered for the proposal stage and successful award of the contract.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Conflict & Crisis Education Specialist will be responsible for presenting research to district and local education authorities. S/He will assist in designing the methods and materials of assessing the conflict sensitive materials used for instruction in reading, writing, and oral language. S/He will have extensive experience in basic education in Mali, either as certified teacher, principal, supervisor or administrator. This local expert will assist the foreign counterparts in compiling and analyzing field work results.
