We are looking for two Program Managers, one to be based in Bangladesh (Dhaka) and the other in Egypt (Cairo).
A Program Manager is the main point of contact and representative for Smile Train programs in country. S/he is responsible for the maintenance, growth, and improvement of programs by implementing effective and efficient strategies according to each partner or program’s needs, in line with regional and global objectives and guidelines.

Although based in the capital, these Smile Train programs do not operate out of formal offices currently and staff work from home (in country), in a highly networked environment.
