Job Description
The Team Leader directly supports the project’s Business Manager, and he/she is responsible, in conjunction with the Business Manager, for the profits and growth of his/her business area through the performance management of his/her team, the delivery service and interaction with the end user and the Client Organization. Client oriented with a proactive open minded vision in regards to the overall satisfaction of customers, he/she will have to continually adapt our work methodology in conjunction with the client’s development.
