Chemonics seeks a management information system (MIS) technical advisor for the Global Fund’s Côte d’Ivoire MIS Technical Assistance project. The Global Fund looks to support the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene of Côte D’Ivoire in strengthening the public health supply chain, specifically around implementing a new e-Stock project, an mSupply system implementation and the Nouvelle Pharmacie de Santé Publique (NPSP) Projet de Traçabilité du Médicament et d’Optimisation des Opérations (TOPO), Stradivari Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Data Matrix mobile device medicine track and trace systems.
The technical advisor supports the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene and NPSP in the management oversight for the implementation of the e-Stock project, mSupply solution and the NPSP TOPO project, Stradivari WMS, and Data Matrix solutions to ensure that the project management and system implementation functions are conducted within the industry best practices framework. These strategic objectives aim to improve the availability and accessibility of medicines, vaccines, and other quality strategic inputs for all clients of public health facilities.
