About the job
The Conflict Analyst is responsible for the strategic development of a conflict sensitive programme in Libya. He/she is expected to provide technical guidance, support and oversight on to ensure that DRCs programme remains conflict sensitive and embedded in humanitarian principles. The postholder will also contribute to capacity development as well as representation/advocacy. Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

About you
To be successful in this role we expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience conducting political economy analysis, including designing and developing conflict sensitive programming in crisis-affected/fragile contexts for international humanitarian organisations.
