Podcast Coordinator

Description
We recently launched a charity podcast Great.com talks with… where we interview powerful charities making huge impacts throughout the world. The goal of the podcast is to introduce people to new charities and explain their goals, challenges, and successes in a simple, yet effective manner. We’re striving to publish one podcast a day in the future, but right now, we’re averaging 2-3 a week.
The Podcast Coordinator role will help organize, schedule, and manage the tasks associated with the charity podcast. These tasks could include finding potential guests, executing outreach, building relationships, scheduling interviews (conducted by our hosts), facilitating post-production, and creating processes and systems to make this job more efficient.

How many people are you hiring? We’re hiring 1 remote employee for this role.
What is the pay? This is a full-time position paying 36k euro/year.
Where is the job location? Great.com is a completely remote organization, so you can work from home.
Desired Skills and Experience:
– Great communication skills (verbally/written)
– Organized and detail-oriented
– Disciplined and self-motivated
– Experienced with reporting
– Experience with scheduling or managing a production schedule is preferred
