About the job
The Finance Manager is part of the Development Cooperation of the Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation, based at the office in Liberia. The Finance Manager reports to the Head of Office in Liberia and has a technical reporting relation with the Finance Controller at HQ. Work assignments will be regulated in consultation with the Head of Office and the Finance Controller.
Responsibilities
The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring appropriate planning and implementation of financial management routines in the office, and for rolling out new routines for running the office and country programme, in line with Kvinna till Kvinna and donors’ guidelines and procedures. The Finance Manager supports all current donors in the capacity building of Partner Organisations in financial management, budget planning, monitoring and reporting and ensuring they comply with donor guidelines and procedures. The position is full time (100%), for a fixed period of time. Starting date as soon as possible with a probation period of 3 months. End date is 31 December 2021 with the possibility of renewal subject to performance and donor funding.
