For our internal team, we are looking for a “Recruitement Consultant”.
Mission:
As “Recruitment Consultant”, you will:
– build positive relationships with both clients and candidates;
– be able to fully understand clients’ requirements;
– be in charge of attracting best candidates to fill temporary or permanent job positions regarding clients’ needs;
– provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
– be engaged in some form of business development and networking, meeting with potential new clients, advising on market trends and recruitment tools and techniques
– develop sustainable relationships to attract business from client companies
Responsibilities:
– be the main link between clients and candidates;
– get to know how client companies operate and understand their industry, environment and general culture;
– draft advertisements in different range of media;
– use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships;
– go through networking, headhunting and referrals to identify and approach suitable candidates;
– use candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy;
– screen candidates, interview them, run references checks and select suitable ones;
– prepare short-lists to put forward to client companies;
– brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job;
– organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client
– inform candidates about the results of their interviews
– review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
Skills:
– Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet targets;
– Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques;
– Enjoy responsibility;
– Strong communications and negotiating skills;
– Good presentation skills;
– A good team player;
– Ambitious, confident, well-organized and results driven;
– Fluent in Arabic and French, good level of English will make the difference.
– A minimum of 5 years in the same position, a degree in HR or equivalent is a must.
