As Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for Mental Health (MH) and HIV on a large-scale PEPFAR-funded project, you will provide technical direction and leadership to ensure that the project improves access, retention, and adherence to effective HIV services and decrease stigma/discrimination for PLHIV affected by MH issues (common and complex) and decrease health care worker stress, anxiety, and burnout to increase the quality of HIV/TB services in South Africa. You will provide oversight of programmatic and technical staff and provide technical guidance to local consortium partners. This position is contingent upon funding.
