Project Manager – Together for Inclusion (TOFI) – Gulu
Save the Children International is currently recruiting for a Project Manager -TOFI. The Project Manager will be SCI principal representative/lead for the TOFI project and will work with Save the Children’s field, regional and country offices, but will have leadership responsibility for the overall management of the award. S/he will provide strategic technical and operational leadership for ensuring effective and efficient project implementation. S/he will manage all aspects of project planning and quality implementation, including providing technical expertise, project finance and budget compliance with donor rules and regulations, supervising staff tasks and performance, coordinating with partners, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting, building staff and partner capacity as required. The Project Manager will represent the organization in projected related external meetings and workshops when required.
In addition, the Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all relevant Save the Children policies and procedures with respect to child safeguarding, safety and security, code of conduct, equal opportunities and other relevant policies are adhered to during program implementation.
