HEFDC Group is looking for a Human Resource and Administration Officer to provide their expertise in successfully recruiting and retaining the best talent for the company; and managing the Human Resources docket.
The Human Resource Officer will play a vital role in the growth and development of HEFDC in terms of staff productivity as well ensuring staff adherence to the company rules and regulations and with smooth functioning of the team. The position requires an all-rounder professional whose role includes supporting human resource development and management, with proved skills and experience in formulating of robust HR policies for the employees, and implementing them. Ideally, the individual should be well versed with jobs analysis and design, hiring and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, succession planning, employee engagement and more.
The position is responsible for Performance management as an important human resource function. You will support managers monitor and review employees’ performance and overall contribution to the achievement of project objectives and organization’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The position will ensure that performance management will set clear employee expectations, define robust key result areas (KRAs) to ensure productivity and determine individual training and performance plans in sync with the organizational goals and objectives.
The position will ensure empowering employees will be done to enhance their skills for career advancement using a learning management system. Learning and development bridge the gap between the existing and future workforce. The position will be responsible for ensuring HEFDC identifies the training needs of an employee at early stages and provides a structured training plan for growth and development to ensure success of the organization in achieving projects’ objectives.
The position will ensure HEFDC benefits from the promotion of learning and development and that this will boost employee performance and job satisfaction, encourage innovation and creativity, improve risk management capabilities and reduce employee turnover rate.
The position will be responsible for understanding the employees’ worth and their contributions to growth and development of the organization. Will be responsible for giving due consideration to team members at the right time and propose them for reward/recognition to ensure they feel worthy, appreciated and motivated to give their best.
