This Opportunity:
Reporting to the director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Informatics the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Office is a member of the MEL and Informatics team that supports all TIENI monitoring, evaluation learning activities. This includes helping to establish a project monitoring system that tracks work plan activity progress against indicators by helping to set up and implement an indicator framework, data capture and data quality approaches. Works with project TIENI staff to analyse project data to better understand strengths, weaknesses, and programmatic direction.
