Sierra Leone went through the Ebola crisis during 2014 but now the context has transitioned to the post recovery or more development phase. Funding enviroment has evolved but there are opportunities to scale up and look for alternative approaches in order to address the underlying causes of under nutrition. Furthermore, Action Against Hunger is implmenting multi-sectoral and integrated programes which are contributing a lot to the reduction of the prevailance rates of under-nutrition in the district.
Length of contract: 6 months starting 20th of May**
The position:
Under the supervision of the country director, you will be in charge of ensuring sound and transparent administration of funds by providing accounting and financial management consistent with the ACF financial management framework and local legislation. You will also ensure the implementation of HR ACF policies. More specifically, you will be in charge of:
The applicant: You hold a Master degree in Finance, Administration, Humanitarian action or similar field.** You have at least 2 years’ experience in similar position (Finance Head of Department), more preferably with ACF. You demonstrate a proven experience handling large turnover in complex administrative environment. Experience in HR is not a must but would be an added value (previous experience as administrator base would be appreciated)
You are recognize for your capacity of training national staff on a senior management position
Open minded and flexible, you can demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and you are result oriented.
You are confident with Microsoft tools. Knowledge on SAGA software is an asset.
Status:Â Long-term contract, provided by ACF according to the French legislation.

Remuneration and benefits :
· Monthly gross salary from 1805 € to 2305 € upon experience.
· Per diem and living allowance: 470€ (cf eurocost) net, field paid.
· + 12 % of monthly gross salary as country allowance
· + 16% of monthly gross salary as reimbursement of retirement insurance for non-French citizen.
· + Child allowance, limited to 5 children
Transportation and accommodation:
· Coverage of transportation costs to and in the mission.
· Individual room in guesthouse covered
Medical coverage:** 100% coverage of medical expenses + repatriation insurance.
Leaves and RnR:**
· 25 days of paid leaves per year.
· + 20 RnR per year.
· + 215 € at each RnR period (averagely every 3 months)
· Coverage of the transportation expenses to the RnR area of reference.
Training :
· Free and unlimited access to the certifying e-learning platform Crossknowledge ©
· Technical trainings at HQ or regional level (averagely 1 per year).
· Intermission Workshop once a year.
· Opportunity of coaching (DP) or mentorship.
· Participation to external trainings costs upon eligibility of the request.
