In addition, RI has country offices registered as affiliates of one of the alliance members in an additional 18 countries.
Position Summary:
Relief International has several exciting positions opening in new and existing, expanding country programs, and is seeking candidates to fill several potential Program Director vacancies. The position will report to the Country Director, Team Leader or other country head and be responsible for technical and programmatic thought leadership, oversight, coordination and management. The Program Director will typically lead a multifunctional team in the design, management and monitoring of humanitarian and development programming in the country of assignment. The Program Director will play a key role in strategy development and implementation, donor relationship building and management and staff management. This position will require an exceptional flexibility in job function to serve the needs of a complex program portfolio in highly challenging implementation environments.
