CIS is hiring a Procurement Manager for its Project in Dahlak Island, Eritrea.
Main Tasks:
- Control and assure the management of orders and deliveries.
- Sourcing spare parts, consumables and equipment from different countries
- Prepare RAFPs as per client requirement & follow up procurement progress report
- Control receiving products according quality standards.
- Make daily report to the Site Manager regarding current logistics status, orders / deliveries.
- Supervises the flows in warehouses / customer, place the orders.
- Record incoming/ outgoing stocks in CMMS .
- Guarantees costs follow-up in the frame of the objectives.
- Make physical inventories, analyse cost and stocks at the end of each month.
- Prepare and transmit to the Site Manager the extra-programs on a daily basis.
- Make a monthly report at the end of each month.
- Non-moving products as well as shortages must be identified and reported to Management.
Education
- Supply chain management diploma and /or logistic.
- Advanced professional certificate level required.
Experience
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of international logistics.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
Personal Skills
- Rigorous, conscientious, organised, methodical.
- Adopt a can-do attitude and have a proactive rather than reactive approach.
- Manager, able to work under pressure, strong adaptability.
- English (advanced level).
