Position summary:
The Project Manager Field Support Partnerships (FSP) is responsible for managing company funded sustainable agriculture field projects in Cote d’Ivoire, with a particular focus on Coffee and Cocoa Landscape & Communities (L&C) projects. The position will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of projects funded by companies in Cote d’Ivoire. Under the supervision of the Team Manager for FSP and the Director, Cote d’Ivoire, the position will ensure day-to day management and technical support across the FSP portfolio in Cote d’Ivoire. Specifically, the position will ensure project outcomes, outputs and activities are delivered on time and to a high standard as well as proper financial execution and reporting of project funding. The post holder will also be responsible for maintaining partnership relationships with companies to ensure client needs and expectations remain aligned with project delivery and field realities.
