Co-Impact is a global philanthropy for systems change focused on supporting impact at scale. Our goal is to contribute to improving the lives of millions of people by advancing educational outcomes, improving people’s health, and providing economic opportunity to excluded communities in the Global South. Co-Impact currently operates as a fiscally-sponsored project of the New Venture Fund (NVF). Over the next year, Co-Impact will be expanding to build a second fund focused on gender equality and women’s leadership and changing our operating structure so that we spin out from NVF and build an independent institution.
Where You Fit
Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations (ADO), the Operations Manager will support the ADO in managing grantmaking and funder compliance, including agreements, due diligence, reporting, and CRM and Grants Management systems (GMS); as well as support the Director of Human Resources in talent acquisition, PEO management, people and culture. The role demands a high level of organization and attention to detail, ability to multitask, strong project management skills, and familiarity with using and managing technology software and platforms.

This position is full-time. The annual salary will be $100,000 plus a generous benefits package including a significant allowance for paid time off.
