Natwampane is a Zambian Government programme, led by the Gender Division (under the Office of the President), with funding from the European Union (EU). The programme was launched in December 2019 and works in all 12 districts of Luapula Province, where NCA is the lead agency. The overall objective of the programme is to reduce SGBV with two specific objectives.
As our GBV response specialist, you will provide support to NCA partners and government staff working in government-led One Stop Centres. This support will include capacity building (training and coaching) of the OSC staff, NCA staff and partners in relevant topics; quality control and supervision of all NCA and NGO partner work related to response activities, including the design and delivery of training materials; making assessments of the OSCs and related capacity building plans for OSC staff in order to ultimately ensure adherence to global minimum standards for survivor care and case management.
