WFP Tunisia Country Strategic Plan (CSP) 2022-2025 continues to enhance the Government-run school feeding programme, while strengthening the resilience of smallholder farmers, and the capacity of government institutions to prevent, mitigate and respond to shocks and climate change. Â The CSP is aligned with the Government’s reform and Tunisia’s United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (2021- 2025). Â WFP supplements its regular monitoring efforts with gender-sensitive food security and nutrition assessments aimed at supporting evidence-based policy design and implementation.

The Programme Policy Officer in Tunis will report to the Head of Programme.
Education:Â Advanced University degree in International Affairs, Economics, Nutrition/Health, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Social Sciences or other field relevant to international development assistance, or First University Degree with additional years of related work experience and/or training/courses.
Experience:Â Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience including three (3) years professional experience.
Language:Â Fluency in French, English, and Arabic is an essential requirement
