myAgro is a non-profit agritech social enterprise based in West Africa. We have developed a mobile savings model that allows farmers to invest their own funds in high-quality seed, fertilizer, and agricultural training to increase their harvest and income by 50 -100%. Our North Star is to support 1 million farmers in 2026 – providing them the tools they need to prosper. myAgro seeks an experienced leader for the role of Country Director in Côte d’Ivoire. You will oversee our long-term program strategy, driving expansion, innovation, and establishing myAgro as a leader in supporting small farmers. Primary responsibilities include operational leadership, managing administration, pilot development, budgeting, M&E, and a team of 15 staff. This key member of myAgro’s Team will contribute to our strategic direction. You have a track record in managing projects and teams, developing innovative programs, and navigating growth or transition, while being comfortable with limited budgets and adopting a hands-on approach.
You will manage the administration of our core program (including developing necessary operational processes to increase efficiency during a period of growth), as well as pilot development, program budgeting, M&E, and management of 15 staff.
