ICAP at Columbia University is collaborating with the Ministry of Health in Congo through the GC7-Phase 3 technical Assistance (TA) Project to support the scale-up of high-quality HIV prevention, testing, linkage, care, and treatment services in Congo in line with Global Fund programs and targets and enhance the program’s achievements by helping to strengthen the national HIV/AIDS program at departmental level in Brazzaville and Pointe Noire .ICAP at Columbia University is seeking the following candidates:
Position Summary:
Working under the guidance and direction of the Clinical advisor based in Brazzaville for the ICAP project in Brazzaville, the Regional Team Lead will provide critical oversight to the implementation of HIV care and treatment programming in the respective regions as well as be the focal point to liaise with the department and district health teams as well as with partners and local organizations in the project-supported departments. S/he will be responsible for managing the office including technical, programmatic, and operational aspects in compliance with donor regulations and requirements and ICAP policies.
