BRAC International (BI) is seeking application from competent, dynamic and self-motivated individuals to fill the following position:
Deputy Regional Director, Africa Region, BRAC International
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Deputy Regional Director, Africa at BRAC International (BI) is responsible for Deputising for the Regional Director by leading processes that ensure program quality and operational efficiency across the region, driving performance and standards in all organisational areas. A key member of the Strategic Leadership Team at BRAC International, and with the oversight of key operational functions in the region, the Deputy Regional Director works closely with the Regional Director, Africa, and other members of the Executive Leadership Team to lift the quality of programs and the performance and accountability of Country Offices, ensuring they are reputationally sound, investable and high performing, ultimately leading to greater impact of our work on the ground.
The Deputy Regional Director provides a range of strategic, programmatic and operational management support to country programs and regional colleagues. A key function of the role is to navigate and influence the organisation on behalf of the country programs.
