Background:
Since incorporation in 2007, CLIC has supported over 100 projects in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia in the areas of governance and public administration, gender equality, TVET, economic development, peacebuilding, and human rights. Our clients include bilateral donors, multilateral institutions, and the private sector. Our Services include Monitoring & Evaluation. We provide third-party monitoring and evaluation support to projects in governance and public administration, peacebuilding, and socio-economic development activities in low and high conflict settings. Research & Analysis CLIC brings dozens of reference projects demonstrating experience in primary research, survey design, data gathering, and analysis to inform project design and donor programming. Project Management CLIC manages international development projects according to best practices in project cycle management (PCM) and Results-Based Management (RBM) systems. We take a participatory approach, collaborating closely with local partners and stakeholders to maximize impact.
About the Job:
CLIC is looking for an enumerator and a researcher in anticipation of a contract to evaluate a capacity building project focused on promoting transparency in the mining sector in Mongolia, Colombia, Peru, Ghana, Guinea, and Sierra Leone.
Qualifications:
Have knowledge of mining projects and local economic development approaches in these sectors.
Experience in stakeholder outreach and engagement.
Experience with data analysis, survey collection and dissemination of insights.
Excellent communications and writing skills that keeps the audience engaged.
