Your Challenge
Your role as the Emergency Response Manager (ERM) DRC is to effectively coordinate the overall management of the emergency response in DRC (North Kivu and South Kivu), working closely with the Emergency Response Management Team. This involves coordinating response efforts across multiple areas and ensuring the allocation of necessary resources. The position also entails taking the lead in fundraising for the emergency response, as well as planning and coordinating the surge team. The ERM responsibilities include overseeing all emergency response funded by several donors.
